Number 88 is a Grade A listed Building built over 5 floors, It has been guest house for over 80 years and is one of the oldest in Loughborough. We have now been at Number 88 for over 2 years and we are still improving the building constantly and are bringing the building up to our own high standards while still keeping the character of its victorian features like the cast iron Victorian fire places in most of the rooms. We have installed fibre optic broadband to give excellent wifi service which is free of charge, all rooms have LCD televisions with HD free view and satellite television is available in the bar.We are only a 5 minute walk from Loughborough town centre which has all the benefits of a busy university town. The Great Central Railway is a short walk away and Loughborough University is a brisk 15 minute walk.Off road parking is available although time restrictions do apply during the working day, but plenty of parking is available on the road to the rear of the property.
